2011 May - Global Synergy Corporation has signed a business development agreement with Huafu Group of China for providing oilfield produced water treatment, shale gas flow back water treatment, and oilfield services in the United States.

 

2011 March - Global Synergy Corporation has signed a consulting and training agreement with Petromentor of China for providing offshore drilling related training classes for CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Corporation), including petroleum system, offshore E&P business, general offshore drilling, deepwater drilling, and HTHP drilling. 

 

2010 November - Global Synergy Corporation has initiated a strategic alliance project for applying advanced IOR (Improved Oil Recovery) technologies to mature oilfields in order to recover "new oil" from old oilfields. These IOR technologies are field proven and have been successfully used in USA and China. For example, Daqing Oilfield, China's largest and oldest oil field with an average water cut of over 85%, has demonstrated that the advanced IOR technologies could increase oil recovery to as high as 60-70% of original oil in place (OOIP) with highly favorable economics and no added environmental consequences.

 

2010 September - Global Synergy Corporation has signed a strategic business development agreement with DC Energy of Turkey to develop coal projects in Turkey, including CMM, CBM, UCG, and coal gasification.

 

2010 May - Global Synergy Corporation has signed a business development agreement with Well Logging Energy of China for providing well logging and integrated oilfield services to the emerging markets worldwide.


2010 February - Global Synergy Corporation has signed a technical service contract with Formosa Petrochemical Corporation for providing technical evaluation of the Wilcox play in onshore Louisiana and training their E&P team in prospect evaluation and resource/reserve estimation.


2009 September - Global Synergy Corporation and partners has created a company named PCC Energy LLC in order to focus on exploration and development of heavy oil, tar sands and other unconventional oil using methods which release very little carbon dioxide into the atmosphere - low carbon recovery system (LCRS) technologies. PCC Energy has access to several low carbon technologies and is in the process of acquiring leases in order to test its technologies.

 

2009 July - Global Synergy Corporation has signed a MOU-Terms and Conditions with one Nigerian E&P company to provide Financial and Technical Service (FTS) for developing an offshore oilfield in Nigeria. The field has recently been appraised with four wells and has a proven oil reserve of 20 MMBO with an OIIP of 41 MMBO. The total estimated recoverable P50 reserve is about 227 MMBOE. The Phase I oilfield development has a two-year payout with an Internal Return Rate (IRR) of 60% at an oil price of US$ 60 per barrel. Global Synergy Corporation is seeking partners for this low risk and quick investment return field development project.


2009 May - Global Synergy Corporation has teamed with others partners to develop low-risk oil and gas projects in Central Asia via a special purpose company, Ajax Energy LLC. Ajax Energy LLC is a Colorado Limited Liability Company with offices in the USA and Kazakhstan.  The Company is focused on exploration and development of hydrocarbon resources in Central Asia.  It has identified and is presently acquiring producing assets with significant exploration potential in western Kazakhstan.  The Company plans to use modern technology to upgrade the assets from Kazakhstan reserve classifications to internationally-recognized SPE reserve standards, acceptable to Western financial markets.  Then it plans to rapidly develop and produce the assets.


2009 February - Global Synergy Corporation has signed a technical service contract with Formosa Petrochemical Corporation for providing technical evaluation of an offshore basin and training their E&P team in basin analysis, petroleum system evaluation, seismic interpretation, log analysis, prospect evaluation, and resource/reserve estimation.
